Job summary

Array Tech, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support the Chief Legal Officer and the legal team. You will manage legal operations, coordinate cross-functional matters, and ensure governance compliance in a fast-paced global environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a paralegal, with CLO support experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems. This role demands discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information while collaborating

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 5 years as a paralegal, with at least 2 years supporting a CLO or General Counsel.
• Experience in a public, global company with exposure to SEC filings and board governance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.
• Strong discretion, organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct legal and administrative support to the CLO, including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel on legal matters related to corporate governance, securities, and compliance.
• Maintain and organize legal files, records, and databases with strict confidentiality.
• Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and executive briefings.
• Support due diligence and documentation for litigation, and other strategic initiatives.
• Manage redline and blackline versions of legal documents to track revisions and ensure accuracy.
• Facilitate signature processes and maintain records of executed agreements.
• Contribute to process improvements and legal operations initiatives.
