Job summary

Array Tech, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support the Chief Legal Officer and legal team in a fast-paced, global company. The role focuses on governance, SEC filings, and cross-functional coordination with internal departments and external counsel.

The candidate should have 5+ years paralegal experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong MS Office and document management skills, with demonstrated redline workflow experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Paralegal certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with at least 2 years supporting a CLO/GC.
• Experience with SEC filings, board governance, and international matters.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal document management systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct legal and administrative support to the CLO, including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel on governance, securities, and compliance.
• Maintain legal files and databases with strict confidentiality.
• Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and executive briefings.
• Support due diligence and documentation for litigation and strategic initiatives.
• Manage redline and blackline revisions and signature processes.
• Contribute to process improvements and legal operations initiatives.
