SNI Companies is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support its Class Action and Consumer Fraud Litigation team in Florida. The role involves case development, client communications, discovery, motion practice, and trial prep to drive matters to resolution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing cases through the full litigation lifecycle, balancing substantive paralegal duties with administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex civil litigation matters.
• Ability to manage cases through full litigation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned cases from initial investigation through resolution.
• Assist attorneys with class action, consumer fraud, consumer protection, and complex civil litigation matters.
• Conduct client intake and gather information necessary to evaluate potential claims.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files and records.
• Monitor and calendar court deadlines, hearings, discovery obligations, and filing deadlines.
• Track case progress and proactively follow up on outstanding tasks and documentation.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, notices, subpoenas, and other litigation documents under attorney supervision.
• Prepare and maintain case summaries, timelines, exhibits, and supporting litigation materials.
• Assist with state and federal court filings, including electronic filing procedures.
• Review, organize, summarize, and analyze case-related documents and records.
• Support large-scale document productions and discovery management efforts.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding case updates, documentation requests, and outstanding information.
• Coordinate communications with opposing counsel, courts, experts, vendors, and other parties involved in litigation matters.
• Maintain professional and responsive client service throughout the litigation process.
• Assist attorneys with all phases of discovery.
• Collect, organize, and manage documents and evidence received from clients and third parties.
