Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence (medical records, reports, witness statements).
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• File and manage court documents with deadlines and procedures.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and experts.
• Review medical records and case materials.
• Prepare discovery responses and organize evidence.
• Prepare case files, exhibits, and trial notebooks.
• Maintain case records and deadlines in CMS.
• Communicate with clients about updates and questions.
• Provide admin and litigation support to attorneys.
