The Senior Paralegal will manage voluminous case files, coordinate eDiscovery workflows, and ensure flawless filings in state and federal courts. The ideal candidate has extensive litigation paralegal experience, strong leadership, and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to work

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Deep knowledge of discovery processes, eDiscovery platforms, and litigation lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-party cases with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with eDiscovery tools, Westlaw/Lexis, PACER, MS Office, Relativity and Opus2.
• Ability to lead junior staff and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of complex document productions with quality control.
• Develop organizational systems supporting multi-year, multi-party litigation.
• Train junior paralegals on production protocols and file management.
• Lead collection, processing, review, and production of discovery materials.
• Draft and coordinate discovery responses and privilege logs; ensure court compliance.
• Manage motions, depositions, and trial preparation materials.
• Prepare pleadings and file management for state and federal courts.
• Coordinate appellate filings and records on appeal; ensure format and jurisdiction compliance.
• Perform advanced factual and legal research using legal databases.
• Support attorneys and maintain professional communication with clients and vendors.
