Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Paralegal - eDiscovery & Legal Technology to support complex litigation and investigations. The role blends traditional paralegal duties with hands-on eDiscovery and analytics, serving as a primary user of Everlaw and collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, vendors, and KTG.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in litigation support, strong data skills, and familiarity with MS 365 tools, AI-enabled workflows, and various eDiscovery platforms.

Qualifications

• Certificate or degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, Business, or related field; bachelor's preferred.
• Five+ years' experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, or a related discipline.
• Experience with leading eDiscovery platforms (Everlaw, Relativity, DISCO, Nextpoint).
• Knowledge of MS365 (SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams/Outlook) preferred.
• U.S. citizenship required; active security clearance preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support complex litigation and investigations across the eDiscovery lifecycle.
• Administer Everlaw and other platforms; configure projects, users, searches, and analytics.
• Coordinate data collection from Microsoft 365 sources and vendor partners.
• Develop and execute search, TAR, predictive coding, deduplication, and analytics workflows.
• Assist with privilege reviews, redactions, load files, and production preparation.
