About the Company

My client is a fast-growing group operating in the technology and data centre sector, managing high-stakes legal, contractual, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions. As they expand their U.S. operations, they are seeking a highly motivated and responsive Senior Paralegal to support the Legal Department and Executive Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal and administrative support for real estate transactions, equipment contracts, and data centre-related agreements
• Prepare, review, and organise legal documentation including NDAs, service agreements, amendments, and correspondence
• Support corporate governance tasks (e.g. entity formations, board resolutions, and compliance filings)
• Liaise with external counsel, notaries, and regulatory agencies
• Assist in due diligence, litigation tracking, and intellectual property matters
• Manage contract lifecycle databases and help ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Draft and maintain internal legal templates and playbooks
• Handle special projects and time-sensitive legal tasks with high reactivity

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment
• Prior exposure to the data centre, real estate, or technology sectors is strongly preferred
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills; able to handle short deadlines with rigour
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with U.S. corporate law and general commercial legal frameworks
• Proficient with legal tech tools, Microsoft Office, and digital signature platforms
