Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering is required.
• Three+ years of related experience in automotive or industrial paint operations.
• Proven project management and people-management abilities.
• Experience with paint, electrocoating, and robotic applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for assigned engineers and technicians.
• Lead paint process engineers in operational control, continuous improvement, and troubleshooting.
• Develop team members and manage departmental projects.
• Lead paint manufacturing line design and launch, including system design, engineering acceptance, installation, and commissioning.
• Oversee system operational controls and defect reduction.
