Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in safety programs and daily checklists.
• Performs routine and complex production tasks following procedures.
• Operates highly sophisticated equipment under supervision.
• Maintains production assets and ensures safe operation.
• Reports safety, quality, or other issues to Team Leader/Shift Supervisor.
• Keeps production targets and quality standards in line with procedures.
• Records data and supports process improvement activities.
• Participates in HSE or quality investigations for complaints or issues.
• Contributes to Continuous Improvement and color adjustment activities.
