Job summary

You will support process improvements, document operations, and coordinate daily tasks in a controlled plant environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to PPE and safety procedures, and the ability to operate material handling equipment while maintaining quality and consistent production.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of chemistry and chemical processes.
• Ability to read, interpret, and make decisions from trends, graphs, and charts.
• Understand and operate Lab Equipment basics.
• Mechanical aptitude with familiarity of general tools.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office to collect and record data.
• Strong reading and comprehension to follow detailed instructions and document processes.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and stage raw materials for production.
• Handle solvents and oil-based materials that are flammable.
• Perform in-process testing and sampling.
• Record data in log books accurately.
• Maintain clean equipment and work areas; request repairs when needed.
• Direct Assistant Operators in resin production tasks.
• Participate in Hazard Studies, PSSR, MOC, and safety committees.
