Zusammenfassung

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Paint Line for an onsite role in New Bremen, OH. The incumbent will own the paint line from pretreatment to delivery, apply expertise in powder coating and wet paint, and lead future-state improvements and capital projects.

The position requires hands-on engineering leadership, team mentorship of 4–5 engineers/technicians, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.

Qualifikationen

• Direct experience with industrial powder coating and/or wet paint processes is required.
• Hands-on experience supporting, engineering, troubleshooting, maintaining, or owning an industrial paint/coating process.
• General manufacturing engineering experience without direct paint/coating responsibility will not meet requirements.

Aufgaben

• Act as technical leader and process owner for industrial paint operations.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, improve, and optimize powder-coating and/or wet-paint processes and equipment.
• Lead safety, quality, capacity, reliability, productivity, and cost-reduction improvements.
• Ensure paint-line equipment and processes meet production and quality requirements.
• Lead future-state projects while maintaining current operations.
• Develop and execute capital projects including equipment selection and commissioning.
• Support process capability prove-out, training, documentation, and startup.
