Job summary

Seer Interactive, a remote-first digital marketing consultancy, is seeking a Senior Paid Social Lead to steer strategy and growth. You back decisions with receipts, run controlled tests, and push Seer toward category leadership in paid social.

You’ll manage 3–4 accounts, lead 4–6 direct reports, and collaborate with Creative, SEO, and Analytics to drive integrated strategies. This role requires US-based hours with a distributed team across the country.

Qualifications

• Led and scaled a team of 2+ direct reports.
• Implemented test-driven paid social strategies using AI tooling.
• Challenged status quo and elevated Paid Social program.
• Experience across TikTok, Reddit, and other emerging channels.
• Proven ability to partner with leadership on strategy and client growth.
• Strong data, analytics, and Excel/SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3-4 accounts with day-to-day strategy.
• Drive full-funnel paid social strategy across channels.
• Test and iterate with receipts and data.
• Manage a team of 4–6 direct reports and mentor.
• Collaborate with Creative, SEO, and Analytics.
