Job summary

Code3 is an integrated marketing agency driving growth for digital disruptors and Fortune 500 leaders. We seek a Senior Paid Social Specialist to build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube, driving awareness, consideration and conversions with data-backed insights.

You will collaborate on media planning, manage budgets, QA campaigns, and deliver weekly and ad hoc reports using Excel and Looker dashboards, while keeping pace with the latest paid

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid social buying experience across multiple social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube).
• Experience activating paid social campaigns across awareness, consideration and conversion objectives.
• Proficiency with data hygiene, analysis, and visualization in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel; pivot table experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and external stakeholders.
• Certifications in digital marketing and/or social media strategy are a plus (Meta Blueprint, TikTok, Google Analytics).

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across all major social platforms with a focus on flawless execution.
• Collaborate with team on media planning to support client and campaign strategy.
• Manage campaign budget pacing and execute bid adjustments as needed.
• Perform campaign QA on your own campaigns and on someone else’s work.
• Build and deliver weekly reporting and ad hoc reporting with formatted Excel reports, Looker dashboards and insights.
• Pull data and write insights that tell a story for campaign wrap-ups and larger reports (QBRs).
• Stay updated on newest paid social product offerings and trends and advise clients on implications.
• Recommend changes to products, policies, and processes to improve performance.
