Hearts & Science in the United States is seeking a Senior Associate, Paid Social to join the Social Marketing team. You will conduct testing, plan budgets, develop insights and actions, and manage tracking processes across client campaigns.

The role offers growth within the Digital Activation group, with collaboration across teams and exposure to leading brands. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, plus a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of work experience managing social marketing campaigns.
• Be a proactive self-starter and team player.
• Desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company.
• Strong program management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct testing across social campaigns.
• Plan budgets and flighting.
• Develop insights and actions aligned with client goals.
• Conduct report analyses for campaigns.
• Develop projections/proposals and understand the tools used to build them.
• Understand, implement, and troubleshoot tracking processes.
• Identify and implement advanced optimization tactics.
