Hearts & Science in the United States seeks a Paid Social Media Associate Director to own the advertising function for a client book, shaping paid media strategy and guiding team execution. You will lead the Advertising team, develop best practices, collaborate across functions, and act as the primary contact for paid social partners.

A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications and 5+ years of related experience are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications.
• 5+ years of work experience managing accounts focused on delivering and optimizing social/search marketing and/or other interactive advertising campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of direct marketing principles and strategies.
• Polished presentation, communication and listening skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Advertising team members on client teams and coordinate execution.
• Develop processes, methodologies, best practices and frameworks for client team and broader functional team; ensure they are used effectively.
• Consult with client teams to ensure best practices and brainstorm new approaches to achieve client goals.
• Lead hiring process for Advertising team members on their client team.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and ensure integration with other functional teams.
• Grow business by increasing paid social services for clients.
• Identify and test new channels and products and share results across the organization.
• Ensure advertising strategy aligns with client business goals.
• Support business development with pitches and guidance to junior team members.
