Channel Factory is seeking an experienced Social Solutions Associate to drive the development of our social media offering in North America. The role focuses on onboarding, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with a strong emphasis on client growth and retention.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of paid social media management experience.
• Experience in digital media agencies or tech publishers is a plus.
• Strong runway in campaign strategy and optimization.
• Proven ability to manage client onboarding, reporting, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Launch, maintain, and optimize paid social campaigns to achieve client goals and KPIs.
• Monitor campaign pacing and performance metrics, proactively addressing issues.
• Prepare and deliver detailed campaign reports with insights, wins, and areas for improvement.
• Manage a smaller scale portfolio of clients, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships and proactively address evolving needs.
• Collaborate with the Social Solutions Management team to ensure alignment and growth.
• Support the Social Solutions Managers with daily tasks and initiatives.
• Execute process improvements in social media workflows to drive efficiency.
• Stay updated on trends, ad formats, and platform advancements.
• Share updates and best practices with internal teams to enhance knowledge.
• Maintain understanding of third-party tools and their integration with campaigns.
• All other duties as assigned.
