Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of paid social bid management and campaign optimization with leading platforms (Meta, TikTok, Reddit).
• Digital media operations experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns for agency clients.
• Develop innovative strategies to meet client business objectives.
• Direct daily workflow of campaigns including activation, maintenance, and post-buy recaps.
• Collaborate with Analytics to produce weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
• Ensure accuracy in campaign setup, pacing, and QA processes.
• Prepare and organize campaign materials and documentation for launches.
• Generate monthly spend/bill reports and spend analysis.
• Share knowledge on best practices in regular sessions.
