Job summary

Starcom, part of Publicis Groupe's Constellation, seeks a Senior Analyst to manage paid social campaigns for key clients from Plano, TX.

You will run QA, optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Reddit, and collaborate with Analytics for insights and reporting. The role requires 2+ years of hands-on paid social experience and strong data skills. Publicis offers a competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, marketing, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in paid social bid management and campaign development/optimization on leading platforms (Meta, TikTok, Reddit).
• Digital media operations experience preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage data.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok and Reddit Ads platform or 3rd Party API technology.
• Resourceful, curious, and motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute, manage, and optimize media campaigns and programs for agency clients (paid social, performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing)
• Drive strategic paid social expertise and develop innovative strategies to meet client objectives
• Direct and manage daily workflow of all paid social campaigns including activation, maintenance, and post-buy recaps
• Collaborate with Analytics to create weekly/monthly reports and insights
• Demonstrate diligence and attention to detail, adhering to agency best practices
• Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials and documentation
• Handle daily campaign maintenance and tracking status inquiries
• Contribute to proposals for new client opportunities
• Manage delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, and campaign artifacts for launches
• Run campaign QA for accurate implementation, pacing, and performance
• Generate and manage monthly billing and spend reporting
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to optimize performance
