Job summary

Starcom, a Publicis Groupe internal agency, seeks a Senior Analyst to manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and more. You’ll contribute to strategy, QA, and billing while collaborating with analytics and creative teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in paid social bid management, campaign development/management/optimization with leading platforms (Meta, TikTok, Reddit).
• Digital media operations experience preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills with data management ability.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok and Reddit Ads platform or 3rd party API technology.

Responsibilities

• Execute, manage, and optimize media campaigns for agency clients across paid social and performance media.
• Develop innovative strategies to meet/exceed client objectives.
• Direct and manage daily workflow of all paid social campaigns (activation, maintenance, post-buy recaps).
• Collaborate with Analytics to create weekly/monthly reports and insights.
• Maintain campaign materials and documentation; ensure QA and proper pacing.
• Generate monthly spend reports and assist in proposing new opportunities.
