Job summary

Starcom, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Paid Social Senior Specialist to lead strategy and hands-on activation across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, Pinterest and X. You’ll partner with the Associate Media Director and Director to drive strategic paid social expertise and develop innovative campaigns that meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing Search, Display, Video, Social and/or Mobile Programmatic Media Buying with leadership/management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, Pinterest and X ads platforms using API or self-serve tools.
• Strong understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements.

Responsibilities

• Be the day to day steward of social media campaign development, activation and innovation.
• Direct and manage the daily workflow of all paid social campaigns, including proposal development, activation, maintenance, and post-buy recaps.
• Interface with Investment, Strategy, and Activation media teams to respond to client briefs and deliver new solutions in a collaborative fashion.
• Monitor the latest trends in social media and advertising formats to improve campaign performance.
• Advocate the value of social media and educate clients and internal teams on latest developments.
