Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking a Paid Media Lead IV with a primary focus on Paid Social to join our in-house Global Media Team. The role supports planning and execution of corporate marketing campaigns on our platform and Off-Platform social channels, ensuring flawless end-to-end delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years in digital media, strong Ads Manager expertise, and a proven ability to optimize campaigns through data-driven testing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital media and 3+ years in paid social.
• Expert level with Ads Manager and digital advertising platforms.
• Experience creating and measuring a comprehensive advertising strategy.
• Strong understanding of ad operations, trafficking, and data analytics.
• A/B testing and marketing effectiveness measurement experience.
• Direct response and brand marketing experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization and PM skills.
• Proficiency with pivot tables and advanced formulas in Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day marketing campaigns on owned and Off-Platform social channels.
• Track campaigns, deliverables, timelines, and launch readiness.
• Monitor delivery, pacing, performance; run weekly health checks.
• Coordinate setup, optimizations, approvals, and reporting.
• Report campaign performance and learning agenda with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with external media agencies on execution and SLAs.
• Resolve blockers using AI tools and internal support channels.
