Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Social Media, Consumer Solutions, to lead the paid social strategy for Labcorp OnDemand across Burlington, NC or Durham, NC with a hybrid work schedule.

You will own the paid social roadmap end-to-end, drive full-funnel strategies, and collaborate with Creative, Brand, and agency teams to improve performance and engagement. Strong leadership and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of paid social, performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition roles.
• Experience leveraging creator-led content across paid, earned, and owned channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Labcorp OnDemand's paid social program with long-term vision and roadmap.
• Define full-funnel social strategies for awareness, consideration, acquisition, and CLV.
• Drive key metrics: customer acquisition, revenue growth, efficiency, and ROAS.
• Develop testing roadmap for creative, targeting, bidding, landing pages, and platforms.
• Lead influencer marketing strategy and manage agency partners for results.
• Partner with Analytics to translate attribution and lift studies into investment decisions.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
