Labcorp is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Social Media, Consumer Solutions, with a hybrid schedule in Burlington, NC or Durham, NC. Lead Labcorp OnDemand's paid social and influencer marketing programs to drive acquisition and revenue growth.

You will own the strategy, testing, measurement, and optimization across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms, partnering with Creative, Brand, Analytics and agency teams. Minimum 5+ years in related roles and a BA/BS required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in paid social, performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition.
• Healthcare or digital health experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale Labcorp OnDemand's paid social program with long-term vision and roadmap.
• Define full-funnel social media strategies for awareness, acquisition, and LTV.
• Drive metrics like customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROAS.
• Develop and execute a robust testing roadmap across creative, targeting, and placements.
• Lead influencer marketing strategy and manage agency partners.
• Collaborate with Analytics to translate attribution and lift studies into decisions.
• Present performance insights to senior leadership and influence cross-functional teams.
• Develop channel forecasts and growth plans aligned to annual objectives.
