Labcorp is seeking a Manager, Affiliate Marketing, Consumer Solutions in a hybrid role at Burlington, NC or Durham, NC. You will own the affiliate program, recruit partners, and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth while collaborating with analytics and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in affiliate or performance marketing and a Bachelor’s degree, with healthcare experience a plus. Hybrid schedule supports collaboration and flexibility.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in affiliate, partnership, performance marketing, or digital acquisition.
• Healthcare or consumer healthcare knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy, execution, and growth of Labcorp OnDemand's affiliate program.
• Recruit, negotiate, and manage affiliate partners and relationships.
• Develop initiatives to support product launches and campaigns.
• Monitor performance: traffic, orders, revenue, CAC, ROAS.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and promotional investments.
• Collaborate with analytics to ensure tracking and attribution.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Stay informed on industry trends and opportunities.
