Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Social to lead paid social strategy and execution for client projects. The role blends strategy and hands-on management across the Biddable Media team, with a hybrid work model in US offices or remote within the US.

The position emphasizes translating business goals into channel approaches, scaling campaigns, and delivering ROI-focused insights for clients in healthcare and pharma sectors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital media including hands-on paid social campaign management.
• Experience translating client objectives into channel strategy and tactical recommendations.
• Proven track record managing complex campaigns, restructures or performance challenges.
• Strong understanding of audience strategy, campaign measurement, optimization and testing.
• Experience presenting campaign recommendations and results to clients.

Responsibilities

• Translate client business goals, audience needs and campaign objectives into paid social channel strategies.
• Oversee planning, forecasting, activation, optimization and analysis across accounts.
• Develop test-and-learn initiatives to evolve account performance.
• Address performance concerns through audience, bidding, creative, placement or structure changes.
• Supervise launches, identify gaps and improve workflows.
• Translate media metrics into actionable insights and ROI narratives.
• Own client updates and present performance results clearly.
• Guide junior team members and contribute to their development.
• Manage cross-functional relationships with Client Experience, Analytics, Strategy, Ad Operations and partner agencies.
