Tive, Inc. is a top agency on Meta, specializing in ecommerce and working with DTC brands across apparel, beauty, lifestyle, and more. We’re seeking a Senior Paid Social Growth Manager to oversee a portfolio of Meta ad accounts and drive client growth.

The role involves partnering with Growth Partners, Directors, and media buyers to develop media plans, optimize campaigns, and report insights to clients. Strong experience with large budgets and cross-functional collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Meta & Instagram ads experience.
• Proven track record managing large ad budgets.
• Able to lead creative strategy and briefing for scale.
• Familiar with Meta creative best practices (image/video/copy).
• Proficient in multi-channel attribution and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize paid media strategies on Meta & Instagram.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with creative teams to align with goals.
• Analyze data across platforms and present insights.
• Communicate with clients and present performance updates.
• Stay current with platform updates and best practices.
