The Media Buyer will own end-to-end paid social campaigns, translating strategy into audience, budget, bid and creative decisions while optimizing performance within approved investment and brand guidelines.

They will lead testing and optimization with ABM and CRM alignment, collaborate with Creative on assets, and ensure accurate measurement and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area.
• 4+ years paid social campaign experience in-house or agency.
• Hands-on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and another social ads manager.
• Familiarity with UTM and conversion tracking conventions.

Responsibilities

• Independently build, launch and manage paid social campaigns end to end.
• Own delivery, pacing, frequency and performance for portfolio.
• Lead the paid social creative testing calendar.
• Design structured tests across hooks, formats and audiences.
• Collaborate with Creative on social assets and platform specs.
• Maintain campaign measurement integrity and UTMs.
• Deliver weekly performance narratives with insights.
