829 Studios is seeking a Lead Paid Search Strategist to own and optimize digital advertising for a portfolio of enterprise clients. This senior, client-facing role sits in the Marketing Services department and includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes.

You will mentor junior colleagues, with the potential to manage direct reports over time, while developing and maintaining multiple campaigns across a diverse client base. Remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years in paid advertising management, agency preferred.
• Thorough understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Familiar with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Experience with pixeling/conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with reporting tools like Google Data Studio, NinjaCat, or TapClicks.
• CMS familiarity with WordPress.

Responsibilities

• Update clients regularly on the status of digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reporting.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Serve as a technical resource to other departments and peers.
• Conceptualize and implement departmental process improvements.
• Mentor and coach junior team members; potential for direct reports.
• Strategize, develop, and manage multiple digital campaigns for enterprise clients.
