829 Studios is seeking a Lead Paid Search Strategist to guide a portfolio of enterprise clients within our Marketing Services team. This senior, client-facing role demands proactive communication, deep analytics, and the ability to drive campaigns from kickoff through reporting.

You will mentor junior colleagues, collaborate across marketing disciplines, optimize Google Ads and Facebook campaigns, and present performance results to clients and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in paid advertising, enterprise-focused.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
• Proficient with Google Sheets/Slides/Docs and reporting.
• Experience with analytics tools (GA, HubSpot Analytics).
• Landing page optimization and conversion tracking experience.
• Familiar with project tools (ClickUp/Asana/Monday.com).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor and grow junior teammates.

Responsabilités

• Strategize and manage multiple digital ad campaigns for enterprise clients.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness against goals and conversions.
• Provide regular client updates on status and performance.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff to rolling reports.
• Develop projections and forecasts for client exec teams.
• Advise clients on how to achieve business goals via digital advertising.
• Present to client POCs and executive audiences with tailored messaging.
• Serve as a technical resource across departments and peers.
• Suggest and implement departmental process improvements.
• Assist with interviewing and mentoring junior staff.
