Job summary

Known is a data science firm and creative agency that collaborates on briefs from day one. The Senior Specialist on the Paid Search team owns the creation, maintenance, and optimization of search campaigns across Google, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Apple Search Ads, and more to deliver ROI for clients.

You work with at least one senior member, attend client meetings, present recommendations, and contribute to deliverables including regular campaign optimizations and analytics excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of paid search campaign experience.
• 2+ years in analytics, advertising, ad tech, or media.
• Experience managing $1M+ budget independently.
• Strong Excel and math/statistics foundations.

Responsibilities

• Lead in all elements of a search campaign launch across multiple platforms.
• Monitor, manage, analyze, optimize, and report on campaigns.
• Assist in campaign planning with recommendations for targeting and measurement.
• Build and present analyses and performance results for clients and internal teams.
• Drive optimizations, test new bid approaches, and improve landing pages.
