Job summary

TurboTenant in Denver, CO is seeking a Sr. Paid Search Manager to own and optimize Google and Bing campaigns across multiple brands.

You will drive high-quality acquisition and new user signups through data-driven strategies, testing, and optimization, while collaborating with product and marketing teams. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in B2C paid search, experience managing $300k+ monthly budgets, and a strong track record turning analytics into action.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of paid search experience for B2C with proven revenue growth.
• Experience scaling monthly budgets over $300k.
• Analytical, data-driven with clear communication and data ownership.
• Agile and collaborative, cross-functional teamwork to drive adoption.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads conversion tracking and offline imports.

Responsibilities

• Own TurboTenant’s Google and Bing ad campaigns to drive profitable new user signups and acquisitions.
• Lead campaign expansion, testing, and bid optimization to scale budgets effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize funnels and conversions.
• Partner with Google/Bing reps for custom reporting and exclusive beta programs.
