Job summary

AIOS Senior Media Buyer (Paid Search) seeks to unlock Google as a major growth channel, scaling spend profitably while complying with ASA/CAP rules. You will own Google Ads accounts across geo markets, optimize CPC/tCPA/CAC, and lead a Google pod of buyers.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on Google Ads scale at £1M+ per month spend for DTC e‑commerce brands.
• 5+ years deep expertise in Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube and Demand Gen.
• Strong understanding of tCPA, tROAS, Max Conversions, quality-score levers, negative keywords, feed structure, attribution, audience layering.
• Experience scaling DTC brands with focus on CAC, LTV, cohort economics.
• Structured operator: forecasting, weekly reporting, explicit decision rules, written planning.
• Excellent ad-copy and landing-page fluency, ability to isolate ad versus LP performance.
• Multi-geo experience or disciplined capability to manage parallel complex work-streams.
• Startup mindset: 50+ hours/week, async, high-ownership culture, outcome driven.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads accounts day‑to‑day, focusing first on the UK, expanding to EU markets.
• Scale spend and maintain target CPC, tCPA, CAC and Search Abs Top IS.
• Ensure compliance with ASA/CAP/GPhC rules, especially Rule 12.12, eliminating prohibited terms from ad copy.
• Manage multi‑geo accounts, coordinating keyword strategies, localized copy, and compliance across countries.
• Craft engaging ad copy, feeds, and landing‑page handoffs to maximize conversions.
• Build and lead a Google pod, hiring, mentoring, and developing junior buyers.
