Job summary

AIOS is building the world's first full-stack AI doctor. This remote, full-time role reports to the Head of Performance and offers high-ownership responsibilities in a startup environment. You will own Google Ads end‑to‑end, from UK core markets to EU expansion, with strict ASA/CAP compliance.

We value hands-on execution, DTC scale, mentorship, and multi‑geo discipline. Expect rapid growth as we push toward multi-market campaigns, optimize CAC, and mentor a growing team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating Google Ads at high spend (UK/EU) and strong CAC control.
• 5+ years deep Google Ads knowledge across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube.
• Direct experience scaling DTC brands with purchase-focused metrics (CAC, LTV).
• Structured planning, weekly reporting, and clear decision rules.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads accounts day-to-day, starting with UK core markets and expanding to EU markets.
• Scale spend while maintaining CAC targets and respecting compliance rules.
• Maintain ASA/CAP compliance and robust account structures against GLP‑1 advertising rules.
• Lead multi-geo campaigns with localized copy and cross‑country reporting.
• Write high-converting ad copy and manage feeds and landing pages for Google Shopping.
• Mentor and grow the Google ads team as the hiring plan progresses.
