Job summary

Omnicom Media is seeking a Paid Search Supervisor with 4+ years of SEM experience to lead performance campaigns for healthcare clients. You will work alongside the Director/AD to ensure client rosters meet industry standards and will mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities include optimizing campaigns across Google/Bing/YouTube, delivering performance insights, and aligning brand goals with campaign execution. In-office presence is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SEM is required.
• Healthcare/Pharma experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages day-to-day operations of the search client business overseeing Sr Specialists and/or Specialists.
• Develops and manages strategy for assigned campaigns and maps out test recommendations.
• Builds out initial reporting insights and presents results for review.
• Works with media and analytics teams to integrate reporting insights and actions for SEM campaigns.
• Oversees accuracy of billing entries into Prisma and coordinates with junior team on financial reporting.
