Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across strategy, messaging, and media buying. You will manage a portfolio end-to-end, lead client conversations, and drive performance with data-driven insights.

The role requires hands-on Meta ad management, creative testing, and direct-response copywriting to improve lead generation and appointment bookings. Remote-friendly with a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience with significant Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy calls.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting and testing of creative concepts.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead client portfolio and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing.
• Monitor daily performance against cost-per-appointment and other key metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and determine where changes improve results.
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and variables.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts.
• Develop hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations for testing.
• Use performance data to generate new creative and messaging hypotheses.
• Collaborate with video editors and provide clear creative direction.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research and copy development while maintaining quality.
