Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, and creative testing. You will manage a portfolio of accounts end to end, lead client conversations, and drive measurable results for high-net-worth prospects.

You will write direct-response copy and VSL scripts, develop testing strategies, and diagnose funnel improvements. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you’ll be accountable for performance,

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising responsibilities.
• Strong copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts for VSLs.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to create and test creative concepts, hooks, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and lead client conversations.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports ahead of calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and strategy.
• Develop Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Set up tracking, pixels, Calendly integrations, and lead routing workflows.
• Collaborate with editors and provide clear creative direction.
