Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is a performance marketing agency seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, messaging, and testing.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts end to end, lead client conversations, and drive lead generation and appointment bookings. The role requires hands-on Meta advertising experience, strong copywriting, creative testing, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; configure Calendly integrations and workflows.
