Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Paid Media Lead to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, creative testing, and client communication.

You will manage a portfolio of client accounts end to end, lead bi-weekly client calls, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, strong copywriting skills, and expertise with Meta campaigns, tracking, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to drive performance with copywriting and messaging.
• Experience with tracking, pixels, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own client portfolio end-to-end, including strategy, performance and relationships.
• Lead client calls, provide testing priorities, and deliver performance reports.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and creative.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and optimize funnels and tracking.
• Collaborate with video editors and provide clear creative direction.
