Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, messaging, testing, and reporting. You will manage a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, lead client calls, write direct-response copy and video sales letter scripts, and optimize funnels for higher booked appointments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined targets while retaining clients.
• Strong direct-response copywriting for ads and scripts.
• Experience developing testable creative concepts and messaging.
• Experience with tracking pixels and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate performance data into recommendations and decisions.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointments.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and testing.
• Write direct-response ad copy and VSL scripts for financial services audiences.
• Develop messaging variations and test hypotheses; collaborate with video editors.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; diagnose funnel issues.
