Ideals is seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Specialist to own high‑level strategy and optimization across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. You will align the external agency with pipeline milestones, guide spend decisions, and explore new channels from a strategic in‑house position.

Based remotely in Ukraine or across the EU, you will partner with Brand, Creative, and Digital teams to grow Ideals’ global acquisition footprint and drive efficient CPL/CPQL performance.

Competenze

• 4+ years of paid media experience with ownership of multi-channel budgets.
• Fluent in Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn; manage budgets and CPL/CPQL targets.
• Comfortable collaborating with external agencies and internal teams.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with the agency to optimize Search, Performance Max, and social campaigns.
• Direct six-figure budgets across planning cycles and reforecast spends.
• Monitor MQL/SQL cost ceilings and adjust channels to meet targets.
