Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Strategist to lead paid media strategy across a portfolio of client accounts. You’ll own the direction and performance of PPC and Paid Social campaigns—developing data-informed strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring top-level execution. You’ll work closely with Account Managers, creative, and SEO teams to align efforts and maximize ROI.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and additional platforms
  • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns focused on performance and scale
  • Analyze campaign data and translate insights into strategic improvements
  • Develop testing roadmaps and iterate on creative, copy, and targeting
  • Present results and recommendations to clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate paid media with broader digital strategies
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and best practices

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a focus on strategy
  • Proven track record managing budgets of $1K–$100K+/mo
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Meta Ads, and remarketing
  • Agency experience is required—you know how to juggle multiple clients and adapt quickly
  • Strong analytical mindset and fluency in campaign performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must be U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with Agency Analytics, CallRail, Opteo, or similar tools
  • CRO or landing page optimization skills
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, SEMrush, Looker Studio
