Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

We're seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to lead strategic media initiatives and drive growth for enterprise clients across retail, CPG, and real estate. This role combines advanced paid media expertise with C-level client partnership and team development.

You'll architect comprehensive paid media ecosystems that integrate search, social, programmatic, and emerging channels while serving as the strategic voice guiding multimillion-dollar media investments.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead paid media strategy development for enterprise client portfolio ($5M+ annual spend)
  • Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to C-level executives
  • Drive account growth through innovative media solutions and strategic consultation
  • Architect integrated strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and emerging platforms
  • Leverage advanced planning tools (GWI, Nielsen, Comscore) for audience-first strategy development
  • Drive performance optimization through sophisticated testing and attribution methodologies
  • Manage and mentor high-performing media strategy teams
  • Serve as primary strategic partner to CMOs and senior marketing leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and account teams

What You Bring To The Role:

  • 10-12 years paid media strategy experience with proven leadership track record
  • Enterprise client management experience with complex, multi-channel campaigns
  • Deep platform expertise across Google Ads (SA360), Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn, DSPs
  • Advanced analytics skills including attribution modeling, media mix optimization, and measurement frameworks
  • Executive communication abilities with polished presentation skills
  • Team leadership experience developing media strategists and driving performance culture

Preferred: Agency background, industry certifications, experience with advanced planning platforms

REMOTE ROLE | East Coast hours | Occasional client travel
