Job description

The Senior Media Strategist creates and executes online marketing campaigns for local and regional businesses nationwide, dictates campaign strategy, and assists in the training of Media Coordinators. This position has heavy emphasis on advertising within Google Ads and Meta (Facebook Ad Manager).

• This position is 100% Remote however you must live in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area for occasional team meetups.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Build campaigns using Google Ads and Facebook Ad Manager Experience setting up and troubleshooting Google and Meta conversions Experience with Google Tag Manager and Facebook Ad Manager Perform keyword research and create search-based campaigns Study target audience profiles and create demographic and behavioral campaigns Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns & assess against goals Identify trends and insights, and optimize projects based on findings Maintain accurate log of project / campaign developments using internal Project Management Software Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, as requested Problem-solve and troubleshoot campaign issues Recommend digital marketing strategy and tactic improvements Mentor & train Coordinator team members to build, optimize, and report on Google campaigns As this role grows, responsibilities will be reviewed and assessed regularly

QUALIFICATIONS

3-5 years experience using Google Ads (search, display, and YouTube) and Meta ads (Facebook Ads Manager) Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications Careful, methodical, and detail oriented mindset Someone flexible and fearless who is excited to help build our growing company A curious mind with a fierce appetite for learning, a collaborative mindset, and thick skin Superior organizational skills, integrity and strong follow through on tasks A cool-headed personality that isn't easily overwhelmed by new challenge Responsive to feedback (internal or external), and approach changes with a positive attitude Innovative personality constantly looking for ways to evolve and optimize the process A team player who is willing to help out wherever needed that isn't above small problems
