• Strong Google Ads and Meta Ads knowledge.
• Experience linking paid media to revenue and leads.
• Agency experience and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee Google Ads and Meta campaigns aligned with client goals.
• Remain hands-on in strategy, optimization, and performance reviews.
• Lead and coach Paid Media team, manage capacity and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights.
• Communicate results and strategic recommendations to clients.
