City Cast is hiring a Senior Media Manager to execute, optimize, and report on paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and programmatic DSPs. You’ll turn plans into builds, optimize budgets, and clearly tell the performance story with our data analyst.

This hands-on role requires 6–8 years of paid media experience, platform proficiency, strong analytics, and stellar communication across city teams. Remote, full-time with competitive benefits and a $90k–$110k salary.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years hands-on paid media experience.
• Experience running campaigns in Meta and TikTok; knowledge of Reddit Ads and at least one programmatic DSP.
• Budget management across multiple campaigns or markets.
• Comfort with measurement: pixels, conversions, UTMs, attribution.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to partner with data teams.
• Clear, concise communication and ability to explain results to non-marketers.
• Curiosity about local news and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Turn campaign plans into builds: audiences, placements, flighting, budgets.
• Manage end-to-end campaigns in Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and programmatic DSPs.
• Own targeting, bidding, pacing, and budgets across markets.
• Optimize daily/weekly: adjust budgets and bids based on data; run tests.
• Collaborate with city teams to deliver local goals.
• Set up tracking, UTMs, and regular performance reporting with the data analyst.
