Job summary

Mimecast is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit. You will manage multimillion-dollar budgets, lead agency and internal teams, and translate performance data into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.

You will partner with content, design, and demand-gen teams to optimize audiences, ads, and landing pages, while leveraging GA4, CAPI, and AI-driven automation to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on paid media across Google/LinkedIn/Meta/Reddit platforms.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar media budgets and agency/vendor relationships.
• Ability to build dashboards and translate channel data to leadership.
• Strong understanding of GA4, data warehouses, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit.
• Manage multimillion-dollar budgets with budget pacing and ROAS focus.
• Lead agency partners and internal teams with clear briefs and accountability.
