Mimecast Limited seeks a Senior Paid Media Manager to own and scale paid acquisition programs across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and display. You will drive full-funnel demand generation, cross-sell, and brand campaigns for security practitioners and buying-team decision-makers.
You will manage multimillion-dollar media budgets, lead agency and internal teams, and translate channel data into strategic guidance for senior leadership.
Deep hands-on paid media experience and platform expertise across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Reddit Ads
The ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns independently and in an organized way
Experience managing agency relationships and cross-functional teams, including setting direction, reviewing work, and driving accountability
The ability to build structured performance dashboards, synthesize data from multiple channels, and communicate results clearly to leadership
Experience with conversion tracking, server-side measurement such as CAPI and GTM, and audience syncing across platforms
The ability to use AI to improve efficiency across workflows, channels, functions, and reporting, including more complex tasks and agents at scale
An analytical approach to using GA4, data warehouses, or BI tools to generate insights and make cases for budget allocation
Preferred: a background in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology; agency experience; familiarity with ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase and intent data; Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot; and knowledge of the cybersecurity buyer journey for practitioner and executive audiences
An understanding of how the AI landscape is changing and how paid media influences and interacts with AEOClear communication skills for presenting complex performance data to senior stakeholders
A record of managing multimillion-dollar annual media budgets with direct ownership of performance outcomes
