Job summary

Mimecast North America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and Reddit.

Reporting to the Global Digital Marketing team, you’ll drive full-funnel demand generation, cross-sell, and brand campaigns for security practitioners and buying-team decision-makers. You’ll manage significant media budgets, lead agency and internal relationships, and turn performance data into clear, actionable strategy.

Qualifications

• Extensive paid media experience across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar annual budgets.
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build performance dashboards and communicate to leadership.
• Analytical use of GA4, data warehouses, or BI tools.
• Experience with conversion tracking and server-side measurement (CAPI, GTM).
• Ability to use AI to improve workflows across channels.
• Understanding of B2B SaaS and cybersecurity markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit.
• Manage multimillion-dollar media budgets with accountability for ROAS.
• Lead agency partners and internal teams with clear briefs and expectations.
• Build and present performance reports for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate on audience, ad creative, and landing-page strategy.
• Develop audience segments and retargeting lists with cross-functional teams.
• Lead tests on ad copy, formats, bidding, and targeting.
• Track channel changes and propose proactive recommendations.
• Support marketing tech integrations (CRM, marketing automation, CAPI).
• Lead AI automation initiatives in paid media workflows.
