Job summary

Mimecast Limited seeks a Senior Paid Media Manager to own and scale paid acquisition programs across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and display. You will drive full-funnel demand generation, cross-sell, and brand campaigns for security practitioners and buying-team decision-makers.

You will manage multimillion-dollar media budgets, lead agency and internal teams, and translate channel data into strategic guidance for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on paid media experience across major networks.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns independently.
• Experience managing agency relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build structured performance dashboards and present results to leadership.
• Experience with conversion tracking and server-side measurement (CAPI, GTM).
• Knowledge of using AI to improve efficiency across workflows and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid acquisition programs across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and display.
• Drive full-funnel demand generation, cross-sell, and brand campaigns for security buyers.
• Manage multimillion-dollar media budgets and agency/internal teams.
• Build and present performance reports for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with content, design, and demand-gen on audience-specific creative and landing pages.
• Lead tests on ad copy, formats, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
• Track channel changes and emerging formats, proposing proactive recommendations.
• Support integrations across the marketing stack (CRM, MTA, conversion tracking, CAPI).
• Lead AI automation initiatives across paid media workflows.
