Job summary

Veta Virtual is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own end-to-end performance marketing for a growing jewelry and ecommerce client. Your remit includes paid media across Meta and Google, plus lifecycle marketing via Klaviyo and SMS campaigns.

You will manage multi-channel campaigns with a data-driven approach, driving online and in-store impact while reporting up to leadership with clear insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years marketing and advertising experience, including ecommerce.
• Ownership of $1M+ annual Meta Ads spend; hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Experience managing $100K+ monthly paid media spend across channels.
• Full-funnel ecommerce marketing expertise (acquisition, retention, profitability).
• Klaviyo email/SMS campaigns and analytics required.
• Attribution platforms such as Triple Whale or Northbeam experience.
• Shopify or similar ecommerce platform experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
• Canva proficiency for marketing assets.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta and Google Ads.
• Manage $100K+ monthly ad spend with targeting, bidding, testing, and optimization.
• Lead email and SMS lifecycle marketing in Klaviyo; plan campaigns and flows.
• Analyze performance with attribution tools; report results and insights.
• Collaborate on creative briefs and ensure alignment with email/SMS.
• Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
